Switching Lanes to Increase Lead Volume
As a part of our engagement to manage a leading motorcycle manufacturer’s Dealer Digital Program, Shift Digital helped evaluate the retail network’s digital presence and identify opportunities to increase performance.
One of the retailers was working with a provider outside of the certified program to drive leads through a digital strategy. After hearing about the new Dealer Digital Program, the dealer connected with Shift Digital in hopes of understanding more about its current digital presence and how it could align with the manufacturer’s digital brand guidelines. Shift Digital helped communicate the value of the program, persuading the dealer to implement a new website, digital advertising strategy, and customer relationship management tool, all through certified program providers.
After implementing these new tools, the dealer saw a 17 percent increase in website lead volume in just the first month. After 90 days, that increase had grown to more than 35 percent.
