Helping a Global Luxury Performance Automotive Brand Increase Web Leads
A well-known luxury performance brand engaged Shift Digital to help overhaul their website, and ultimately increase sales leads. It was a massive, but fruitful, undertaking involving the analyzing and benchmarking of hundreds of sites–each with their own series of checkpoints. If any issues were present, it was up to Shift Digital to fix them.
Through Shift Digital’s proprietary process, which includes grading data sets for items such as SEO, content, design, performance, and accessibility, a clear picture emerged. This particular website was falling well short of industry standards, their competition, and their other brand-related digital properties in several key ways. Most notably were poor rankings in website engagement, performance, accessibility, and search engine results.
Once the major areas of concern were identified, Shift Digital implemented a cascade of strategic changes addressing those concerns to revive the website metrics. Shortly after launching, the website saw an almost 20 percent increase in website traffic, and an over 50 percent increase in sales leads generated.
