The holidays can be a hectic time for everyone as they’re preparing to celebrate their traditions gathered with family. Shift is no exception. The festivities both in-and-around our offices keeping us engaged and in high spirits from coast-to-coast.

Our offices host company-wide holiday parties where employees are encouraged to attend, along with a guest, and mingle while dancing the night away. This is not the only opportunity for employees to enjoy this merry season together. Within our joyfully decorated offices crafting socials, gift exchanges, gingerbread house competition, and themed team outings are a few common mini-celebrations.

Rooted #InsideShift, we have a strong sense of spreading love and cheer through the act of giving. Our philanthropic involvement tends to heighten during this time of year while employees participate in multiple events which fill their hearts: Adopt-a-Family donations, dog blanket creation for Michigan Animal Rescue League, and making cards to raise money for Make-A-Wish® Michigan.

We have to admit, with all the merrymaking, it’s been nice to be “home” for holidays.
